Welcome to DannyRuderman.com, owned and operated by Volition International Inc. (“DannyRuderman.com,,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DannyRuderman.com, platform, website, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you (“you,” “user,” or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
DannyRuderman.com, is designed for parents of high school students and for organizations providing access as an employee benefit. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
2. Services Provided
DannyRuderman.com, offers structured support for parents navigating high school, adolescence, and the college admissions process. Services may include:

Monthly digital roadmaps and tools

An AI-powered Q&A assistant

Curated parenting and college prep resources

Optional live or recorded events

User accounts provided through an online learning portal
We reserve the right to update or modify Services at any time to improve quality or functionality.
3. Account Access
Access to DannyRuderman.com is typically provided through an individual enrollment or an employer/organization. Each account is intended for use by a single individual (the enrolled parent). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
4. Payment & Refunds
Fees are charged as outlined during purchase or in your agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under the DannyRuderman.com Guarantee below.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and tools provided through DannyRuderman.com are the property of Volition International Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials outside of personal, non-commercial use without express written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Share access credentials with others

Copy, scrape, or misuse any part of the Service

Harass, impersonate, or harm others while using the platform

Use the Services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

The Proven Acceptance System and its related programs, are educational programs designed to provide strategies, tools, and insights to help families better understand the college admissions process. While these programs share proven approaches and examples, admission decisions are made solely by each college or university. We cannot and do not guarantee admission to any particular school. Results will vary depending on each student’s unique background, effort, and circumstances. By purchasing or using these programs, you acknowledge that success in admissions requires individual commitment and that outcomes cannot be promised or assured.
9. DannyRuderman.com Double Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
To provide clarity and confidence, Proven Acceptance offers a two-part guarantee for families who enroll in the Proven Acceptance System. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:
Part 1: 90-Day Love It or Leave It Guarantee
You may request a full refund of your enrollment fee within 90 calendar days of your purchase date if:

You have attended at least two (2) live masterclass sessions during the guarantee period.

You have accessed and reviewed materials in the Resource Vault.

You have submitted at least two (2) questions to the Ask-an-Expert service.

You submit your refund request in writing to support@provenivy.com within the 90-day period.
If these conditions are met, a 100% refund will be issued within 14 business days.
Part 2: DannyRuderman.com Guarantee
You may request a full refund of your enrollment fee after the conclusion of the admissions cycle if all the following conditions are met:

Program Completion – Your student has completed every step in the Proven Ivy Acceptance System as outlined in the Program materials, including but not limited to:
essay brainstorming, drafting, and revisions; application preparation and submission checklists; interview preparation sessions; participation in required coaching sessions. -
Academic Benchmarks – Your student meets the following minimum academic thresholds (unless otherwise adjusted in writing for specific target schools): 3.8 unweighted GPA, 1500 SAT or 34 ACT (superscoring allowed).

Applications Submitted – Your student has applied to at least four (4) Ivy or Ivy+ institutions, with no more than two (2) of those applications being to the following: Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Princeton, MIT, Caltech, or Columbia.

Proof of Compliance – You provide the following documentation no later than 30 days after receiving final admissions decisions: official or unofficial transcripts showing GPA; official SAT/ACT score report; copies or screenshots of application submission confirmations for all 4+ schools; evidence of completion of Program milestones (e.g., portal progress reports, submitted assignments, call attendance logs).

Outcome Requirement – Your student did not receive an acceptance from any Ivy+ school despite meeting all requirements above.
Exclusions
Failure to meet any of the above requirements voids the DannyRuderman.com Guarantee. The guarantee applies only to the student originally enrolled in the Program; it is not transferable.
General Terms
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@dannyruderman.com. DannyRuderman.com reserves the right to verify all submitted documentation before issuing any refund. These guarantees are the sole remedies available under this Agreement. Families must sign a DocuSign agreement acknowledging these terms after purchase.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proven Ivy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for access during the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. For organizational accounts, termination will follow the terms of the applicable agreement.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
